The NXT group visited Bloomberg in the City today. The group of 20 JFS students toured Bloomberg learning about all the different departments and unique work space of this world leading finance company built by Michael Bloomberg, ex-mayor of New York City. Aryeh Hauptman (Asset investment Global Manager) spoke to the group about having a good long term vision, and to never be afraid to take that extra step towards a successful career. This session closed the two year cycle of the NXT program for these Year 13 students, who over the past two years have had the opportunity to meet round the boardroom table with top Jewish personalities in the City , in various business arenas from Finance, Medicine, Law and the Media. The students have had the opportunity to see these industries up close and glean invaluable advice for their own career paths ahead of them, as they step from high school into their Next step.
