Three teams of Leeds students took part in the Aish Leeds Masterchef hosted by R'Adam and Anna Ross this week on Monday night.
The students cooked up:
Black onion seed flat bread
Salmon parcels with bok choi and bean sprouts
Moroccan spiced lamb koffta with minted soya yoghurt
Eton Mess Roulade
The guest chef was Anton Scoones, Head Chef of the Leeds Academy of Food. He along with Chef Paul Lee, Director of the CUX Culinary Company treated students to a great night out.
Chef Anton Scoones said: "Paul and I both really enjoyed the event and it was a pleasure to work with the students!"
R'Adam said: "Thanks to our two fantastic chefs, a very tasty evening was enjoyed by all. The students cooked up a really delicious meal!"
Chantelle Isaacs, a second year student from Manchester picked up a special prize on the evening for an expertly rolled Eton Mess Roulade!
