What: A boutique self-care event after work - Yoga in the Park, followed by Mind, Body, Soul Meditation. snacks provided :) In collaboration with Moishe House.
When: Wednesday, 29 May at 6:30pm
Where: Regents Park (exact location upon sign up)
Why: Because we believe in the power of Women getting together. Because we believe in supporting self care initiatives. We believe in unlocking potential through mindfulness and mediation.
Who: For women ages 21-32. Offered by Certified Yoga Instructor, and Shana Cohen, Aish YP Educator
